We are looking for an IT Recruiter which will become our partner and act as a HR BP in the near future.
Our vision regarding the IT Recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our partners’ positions.
The next step will be to build your own Talent Acquisition team inside our company and act as a HR BP and Recruitment Manager.
Edit, write and post technical job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates on common websites (LinkedIn), but also on niche platforms (StackOverflow, Github).
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
Interview candidates combining various methods (. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
Create and maintain a good relationship with each candidate you get in touch with.
Coordinate with both the IT teams and sales leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
Work along the marketing department to post job ads on various websites.
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter (at least 2 years in this domain).
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (ex. via phone, Skype, f2f).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Zoho Recruit would be a plus).
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
Would be lovely to have:
BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
